Icon Development, LLC was founded on a shared vision—a vision of the kind of company we would be, a vision of the communities we would develop, a vision of the houses we would build, and finally, a reflection of how we would interact with all the people we would deal with. This vision is articulated in the concepts of harmony, sustainability, and community, and it is these concepts that guide every decision we make and all we do.
 

Icon Development is a real estate development company located in Roanoke, Virginia at the southern end of the Shenandoah Valley. Before you read about what we do, we would like you to know a little about why. We have heard that in the real estate business, developers should never become emotionally involved with the properties they develop.
